About Kevin

Kevin is a dynamic healthcare operations and regulatory leader with nearly two decades of experience guiding complex health systems through accreditation, survey readiness, emergency preparedness, and operational transformation. He specializes in navigating highly regulated environments, ensuring organizations achieve the highest levels of compliance, safety, and operational performance.


As an executive and systemwide leader, Kevin has overseen enterprise initiatives in accreditation, survey preparedness, emergency management, emergency services, and policy governance. His background spans hospital administration, nonclinical operations, strategic planning, process optimization, and environment of care

management. This breadth of experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of how regulatory expectations intersect with real world clinical and operational workflows.


In his operational leadership roles, Kevin has managed daily healthcare operations across multiple nonclinical departments, optimized staffing and resource utilization, strengthened contract performance, and advanced cost effective solutions aligned with organizational strategy. He has held senior leadership roles including Hospital Administrator and Executive Director positions at Crozer Health, where he is known for

his ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization, build alignment, and drive measurable progress toward regulatory and operational goals.


Kevin holds a Master of Public Administration from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, and he is a Certified Joint Commission Professional. His disciplined, collaborative approach ensures that every organization he supports operates with integrity, compliance, and purpose—while continuously improving quality, efficiency, and readiness.
