He has led major digital transformations, enterprise system implementations (ERP, EHR, CRM), infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity programs, and cost-optimization initiatives — often in highly complex, high-stakes environments.

Tom is known for his pragmatic, business-first approach to technology. He specializes in helping leadership teams align strategy, operations, and technology — ensuring that investments are purposeful, scalable, and directly tied to organizational performance. His work focuses on driving efficiency, reducing risk, improving customer and employee experience, and enabling growth.

At Wellstead Management, Tom advises executive teams on technology strategy, operational improvement, vendor and platform selection, program governance, and organizational change. He brings a hands-on leadership style, strong financial discipline, and a collaborative mindset to every engagement.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Temple University and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. He is based in the Philadelphia region and works with clients across the U.S.
