He specializes in building and optimizing teams, processes, and systems to unlock value across leased and owned real estate portfolios.

Garrett has consistently identified a common challenge across organizations: fragmented or underdeveloped real estate functions that lead to under-managed assets and unmeasured opportunity costs. His expertise includes centralizing portfolio data, structuring operational functions and resources, and partnering with C-suite leaders to translate data into actionable insights, strategic priorities, and performance-driven objectives. He also brings those objectives forward by working with tactical teams to execute strategies while tracking performance and quantifying outcomes.

Garrett has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Real Estate, East Coast at Prospect Medical Holdings, a private healthcare investment group, and Associate Director of Asset Management at Everest Healthcare Properties, a healthcare-focused real estate private equity platform under Fosun Hive. Earlier in his career, he held real estate roles at Montefiore Health System, Colliers International and Hudson Property Advisors.

He holds a Master of Science from the Université du Luxembourg, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, and has completed executive education programs at NYU Stern School of Business.
