Noted ones, Director of Contracting for 3rd Army Central Command (Forward), as a Lead Contingency Contracting Officer, and on the oversight side with the Defense Contract Management
Agency, where he managed quality assurance for an Acquisition Category, I program valued in excess of $6 billion.
As Program Manager, Mr. James oversees the full contract lifecycle with the same discipline Mr. James applied inside the acquisition system for over two decades, now applied on behalf of the agencies Wellstead serves.
